Expenses:

After taking ownership, you may decide to rent your unit you may not. You also may choose

to have a property manager oversee the operations, or handle them yourself. If you choose to

employ a property manager, make sure you screen them well. Victory Beach Vacations is well

known for maintaining their units in excellent condition, while maximizing rent. While

managing your unit yourself could be a great idea, it’s important that you carefully consider

the tasks and time involved. If you choose a property manager on Carolina Beach, you will

typically pay around 10 – 30% of your rent earned for this service. Commissions are however,
