Although I am a very energetic and hard working, I also enjoy my time off. My favorite pastime is jumping in the boat and taking my wife and two dogs to Masonboro Island on a nice summer day. I also enjoy traveling, skiing, golfing, and reading. My biggest dream in life is to build Victory Real Estate into a well known, and beloved local business that gives back to the community, and that I can some day pass on to my family. Considering my love of education, I also hope to someday establish a premiere non profiit private school in the area as well. While I currently enjoy buying houses and fixing them up to sell, within the next 10 years I plan on making a move into Commercial development. I am on track to earn my Seller Representative Specialist designation by the end of the year. Within the next 5 years I intend on gaining the knowledge of my GRI, and CRS designations. I realize that the real estate industry is always changing, and continuing education is the only way to guarantee that my clients are best represented. As an avid reader, self education is also a cornerstone of my business. Real Estate has changed more in the last 10 years, than in the 100 years before. The old way of selling real estate just doesn't work any longer, and I have used this fact to help me become a multi million dollar producer, while guaranteeing 100% customer satisfaction. I am an advisor for life, and love to help my clients even when buying or selling abroad. While any agent can handle an easy transaction, my attention to detail, and customer service really set me apart when problems arrise. I go the extra mile to make sure my client's are best represented. In this fast paced day in time, I also stay several steps ahead of my competition by being innovative, open minded, and determined.
